This artwork is inspired by the Cathedral of Santa Maria in León, Spain. It has over 130 church windows and 3 rose windows, which is how it was nicknamed the “House of Light”. The stain glass windows reflect both scenes of nature and aspects of the supernatural.

This artwork reflects the us human as vessels of Light, the Light of God and the representation of universe from the microcosm to macrocosm.

Premodern people believed that light traveled in lines, geometry became central to medieval understandings of light. optics and astronomy. The Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) recognized the sacred nature of geometry in the creation of the universe. Geometry is evident in all of nature and is God’s greatest artwork and divine intelligence to be witnessed.
